Led by Innih Udokang, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), our practice provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and emotional challenges.
Drawing from professional experience in social work, community mental health, sociology, anthropology, and counselling psychology, we take a holistic approach that recognizes the unique experiences, strengths, and goals of every client.
